Halo’s Studio 5 has become one of the first Dolby Atmos Home Entertainment Certified studios in Soho.

The certification means that Studio 5 at halo represents the gold-standard in mixing environments for Dolby Atmos content for the home.

Richard Addis halo Senior Operations Manager said “We installed Dolby Atmos in Studio 5 primarily to service the Home Entertainment deliverables for Features work coming through our main theatrical Atmos stage, Studio 1. However, since delivering Season 1 of Bulletproof to Sky in 2018, we’ve seen a huge uptake in native Home Entertainment Atmos mixing, completely aside from the Theatrical business. The adoption of Dolby Atmos by the major OTT providers has meant that the format has suddenly been made accessible to filmmakers across all genres, from Drama to Comedy. This certification is just one example of Halo’s commitment to providing premium quality environments and equipment to assist our clients in doing their best work.”
