This time it’s a Wildscreen Panda Award for halo Sound Team!

The Wildscreen Panda Awards celebrate the best in natural world storytelling. Halo Sound team Sam Castleton and Jay Price attended the event and were thrilled to win the Sound Award for work on ‘Welcome To Earth – The Silent Roar’ for Nutopia/NatGeo/DisneyPlus.

I am over the moon to have won the Sound Award at the Wildscreen Panda Awards. The aspiration for the Welcome To Earth series was to open up the audience’s senses to the hidden wonders of the planet and in our case that meant opening their ears to things they had never heard or experienced before. It was a real team effort both on location and in post to bring the hidden sonic worlds to life and the whole series was an absolute joy to work on. It is really special for us to have our work recognised by such a coveted award for natural world storytelling.
